Common use of Employer Property Clause in Contracts

Employer Property. Upon termination of Executive's employment for any reason, or at any time at the Employer's request, Executive shall deliver up to the Employer, all property, keys, materials, documents, records, manuals, notebooks, or papers and any copies thereof maintained in any form that in any way relate to the business and activities of the Employer that may be in the possession, or under the control of Executive.
