Common use of Employer Requested Leave Clause in Contracts

Employer Requested Leave. An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees and course required books, pre-approved out of town traveling and subsistence expenses and other legitimate expenses where applicable.
