Employer Rights to Materials Copyrighted by Employee(s) Where the employee holds the copyright pursuant to Article 28.1(a), the Employer shall have a right to use his/her copyrighted material in perpetuity for institutional purposes. The Employer may amend and update the copyrighted material with the approval of the employee(s) holding the copyright to the material. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
