Copyrighted material or "work of authorship" means original expression that is fixed in any tangible medium of expression and subject to copyright protection under Title 17 of the United States Code as it now exists or as it may be amended. Copyrighted material shall have the meaning that is set forth below in Paragraph 2.03.
