Employer Rules and Regulations. The Employer's reserved rights of management include the right to establish, and thereafter amend rules, provided that such rules are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Any written rules established by the Employer shall be posted by the Employer at the work site and a copy of the rules is to be forwarded to the Council.

The Employer shall have the right to make such reasonable direction, rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary by the Employer for the conduct and the management of the affairs of the Employer, and the Union agrees that the employees shall be bound by and obey such directions, rules, and the regulations insofar as the same do not conflict with the terms of the contract.
