Employment Acceptance. The Company hereby employs the Employee and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Company on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Employment Acceptance. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby accepts employment as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Employment Acceptance. At the end of flight training program outlined in section seven, and upon achieving Certified Flight Instructor License, Student may apply for internship as a flight instructor working on Student visa (or equivalent) within the boundaries of the FTP. Acceptance to internship is subject to the following terms and conditions: [a] Student must complete his/her flight training phase within the 150% of the allocated term stipulated in paragraph 1.1.1 of this agreement; [b] have no CAA and internal academy policy violations, accidents and incidents; [c] must demonstrate English language proficiency on ICAO-5 level or higher; [d] have no DUIs (“driving under the influence”) arrests and drug/alcohol related convictions; [e] have a clean criminal history background check; [f] have no more than one failed CAA practical or theoretical examination; [g] must maintain clean and professional appearance throughout the entire term of his/her training and demonstrate high standard of knowledge and flight instructor professionalism.
Employment Acceptance. The Company hereby employs the Employee and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Company as the Company’s Chief Technical Officer or in such other capacity consistent with the Employee’s experience and competencies and of a level at least comparable to the position specified above as may be assigned to the Employee by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Employment Acceptance. EcoNet hereby employs Pree as the President of EcoNet, with the powers and duties in that capacity to be those powers and duties customary to such positions in similar publicly held corporations, and Pree hereby accepts such employment.
Employment Acceptance. Effective as of March 21, 2004, the Company hereby employs the Executive and the Executive hereby accepts continuing employment by the Company on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Employment Acceptance. The Company hereby employs Executive as President of the Company and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company.
Employment Acceptance. The Company hereby employs the Employee and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Company as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer/Managing Director, Europe, or in such other capacity consistent with the Employee’s experience and competencies and of a level at least comparable to the position specified above as may be assigned to the Employee by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Employee agrees that at such time, not sooner than four months or later than eight months after the date hereof, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company so directs, the Employee will relocate to the United Kingdom to head the Company’s European Headquarters, at which time the Employee’s title shall be changed to President, Europe. The Company shall pay the Employee’s reasonable costs of moving personal effects from his current residence in Austria and his temporary residence in the Napa, California area, in accordance with the Company’s normal relocation policy.
