Policy Violations Sample Clauses
Policy Violations. All guests in a University residence hall are expected to abide by all University and Office of Residence Services procedures and regulations:
1. A Resident Host is responsible for the actions of their guest(s) in the residence hall building, apartment, and common area in which that host resides and will be held accountable for any violations of University policy and/or for any theft, injury to person or property resulting from the behavior of their guests, regardless of whether that guest is a fellow University student or not.
2. University students who engage in disruptive or volatile behavior while a guest in a residence hall or an apartment/room will also personally be held accountable for their actions.
3. Matters involving the problematic behavior of a guest may be managed through administrative actions (e.g. Classification of guest as Persona Non Grata), through the University student conduct process, or may be referred to local law enforcement when deemed appropriate.
4. Should a guest who engages in volatile behavior be a student at another college or university, New York University reserves the right to report that individual’s behavior to their home institution.
5. Late / Overnight guests are not to sleep in lounges or other public spaces.
Policy Violations. WMMI reserves the right to inspect and monitor all events and to discontinue service in the event that a violation of any facility policy or provincial law is being made. In any such case the host is still liable for any outstanding balances. This will result in loss of security deposit and future rental privileges.
Policy Violations. (i) Player Contracts may not contain individually negotiated provisions for forfeiture relating to violations of the Policy on Performance-Enhancing Substances (formerly known as the Policy on Anabolic Steroids and Related Substances) or the NFL Policy and Program on Substances of Abuse, or for failing any drug test. A player sus- pended by the League pursuant to either of those policies for a period encompassing regular season or postseason games shall be required to forfeit any Forfeitable Salary Allocations on a proportionate weekly basis.
(ii) Any reference in a Player Contract to the Policy on Anabolic Steroids and Related Substances shall be deemed also to encompass reference to the Policy on Performance-Enhancing Substances and any amendments thereto; any reference in a Player Contract to the Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse shall be deemed also to encompass reference to the Policy and Program on Substances of Abuse and any amendments thereto.
Policy Violations. West Vancouver Yacht Club reserves the right to inspect and monitor all events and to discontinue service in the event that a violation of any facility policy or provincial law is being made. In any case, the host is still liable for any outstanding balances that may incur.

Violating any portion of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent ban on computer or Internet use, suspension or dismissal from school, and/or legal action. The District may cooperate with law enforcement officers in investigations related to illegal activities conducted through its network.
Policy Violations. 10.01 The following conduct by an employee may be considered a violation of this Policy and may be the basis for an employer to impose progressive discipline in accordance with the legal principle of just cause:
(a) A violation by an employee of any prohibition under Article 3.01;
(b) A violation by an employee of any reporting obligation under Articles 3.02 or 3.05;
(c) Failure to contact the Medical Review Officer as directed;
(d) Failure to report as directed for testing;
(e) Switching, adulterating, or attempting to tamper with any sample submitted for drug or alcohol testing, or otherwise interfering or attempting to interfere with the testing process; and
(f) Refusal to submit a specimen for testing.
Policy Violations. US Bio shall immediately report to Dyax any violations or alleged violations by US Bio personnel of the Program SOPs, and shall, in consultation with Dyax, promptly undertake all corrective action that is necessary or appropriate to (i) properly address the effects of such violation or alleged violation and (ii) eliminate the possible occurrence of further violations or alleged violations in the future.
Policy Violations. If an authorized Agency user or the Agency is found to be in noncompliance with the provisions of the Idaho State Police BIC policy regarding the collection, receipt, access, use, dissemination, retention, or purging, the Director of the Idaho State Police may: o Suspend or discontinue access to information by the Idaho State Police entity personnel, the Agency, or the authorized Agency user. o Refer the matter to appropriate authorities for other disciplinary or administrative actions or sanctions to effectuate the purposes of the policy.. o Refer the matter to appropriate authorities for criminal prosecution, as necessary, to effectuate the purposes of the policy.
Policy Violations. An employee’s failure to comply with any provisions of the Consortium Policy shall be cause for the employee to be reclassified to the Inactive Suspended Pool.
A. Determination for Violation of Policy:
1. A confirmed positive drug or alcohol test.
2. Failure or refusal to sign Notice of Policy and Consent to be Tested.
3. Failure to contact the Medical Review Officer as directed.
4. Failure to report as directed for random testing.
5. The use, possession, sale or distribution of alcohol in the workplace, the use, possession, sale or distribution of a controlled illegal or unauthorized substance, or the presence of any employee in the work place with such ingested substances for non-medical reasons.
6. Working, reporting to work, being in the workplace, or in an owner or employer owned, leased or rented vehicle while Under The Influence Of Alcohol (.04 BAC or greater).
7. Switching, adulterating, or attempting to tamper with any sample submitted for drug or alcohol testing, or otherwise interfering or attempting to interfere with the testing process.
8. Refusal to submit a specimen for testing will be viewed as a positive test and will carry with it the same consequences as specimens tested and reported as positive.
9. The use of a controlled substance by an individual other than the individual for whom the controlled substance was prescribed or the abuse of a controlled substance by the individual for whom it was prescribed.

Violating any portion of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent ban on computer or Internet use, suspension or dismissal from school, and/or legal action. Northview Public Schools may cooperate with law enforcement officers in investigations related to illegal activities conducted through its network.
