Employment as Chief Executive Officer. The Company hereby employs Executive as Chief Executive Officer and Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall report to and take direction from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Board. All other employees of the Company will report, directly or indirectly, to Executive. Executive will perform those duties which are usual and customary for a Chief Executive Officer of a restaurant enterprise. Executive shall be employed at the Company’s corporate offices. He shall perform his duties in a manner reasonably expected of a Chief Executive Officer of a restaurant company and as directed by the Board and its Chairman.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. CUI hereby employs Executive as its Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”), and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to serve in that position, on a full time basis, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement. Executive shall perform his duties and responsibilities as the Company’s CEO fully, faithfully and in a diligent and timely manner throughout the term of his employment with the Company and in his capacity as CEO shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”).
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall report to the Board and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board may assign to Executive from time to time consistent with such position.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, Team shall employ Hawk and Hawk shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of Team with the duties specified in Section 2 below throughout the Term (defined in Section 6 below).
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. Effective on or around January 29, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), you will begin your employment with the Company as Chief Executive Officer, reporting directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). You agree to perform such duties and services as the Board may, from time to time, reasonably assign to you consistent with your position. You agree that you will serve the Company faithfully, diligently and to the best of your ability, that you will devote all your business time, energy and skills exclusively to the business and affairs of the Company, and that you will not participate in any activity detrimental to the best interests of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may participate in any charitable, civic or community activities, so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of your services hereunder and are approved in accordance with the Company’s normal procedures, but you may not participate in any other business activity, or serve on any corporate or industry boards, without the prior written consent of the Board. You will work remotely from your home (or other locations) in Las Vegas, NV, but you will travel to other locations (including but not limited to Senegal) as necessary to fulfill your employment obligations under this Agreement.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. Executive is xxxxxx hired to perform services for Company as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. The Company wishes to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Executive represents and warrants to the Company that he is not a party to any agreement that would restrict or prohibit him from being employed by the Company.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. CUI agrees to employ Craix xx the position of Chief Executive Officer, and Craix xxxees to serve in that position on a full time basis, on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that for purposes of this Agreement, "CUI" shall include each existing Affiliate of CUI (as hereinafter defined) and any corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity that, during the term of this Agreement, becomes an Affiliate of CUI, so that CUI and its Affiliates may operate under a unified management structure. The term "Affiliate" when used with reference to CUI shall mean any corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity with respect to which CUI owns either directly, or indirectly through any other entity, 80% or more of the outstanding voting power. References in this Agreement to "Directors" shall include the boards of directors of any such corporations, the managers of any such limited liability companies, and the general partners of any such partnerships, that are Affiliates of CUI, as appropriate.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. On July 1, 1997, Executive shall become an employee of the Company and on July 24, 1997, Executive shall become the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, at which time he shall assume the duties and responsibilities commensurate with that position. The Executive will report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). During the Contract Term, and excluding any periods of vacation, sick leave or disability to which the Executive is entitled, the Executive agrees to devote the Executive's full attention and time to the business and affairs of the Company and to use the Executive's best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the duties and responsibilities of the Executive's positions as described herein.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. A. Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts the employment by Company as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, from the Effective Date until Executive’s employment hereunder terminates in accordance with this Agreement (such period, the “Employment Term”).
B. Employee will report to the Board of Directors (“BOD”) of Company.
