Employment as Chief Executive Officer. CUI hereby employs Executive as its Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”), and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to serve in that position, on a full time basis, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement. Executive shall perform his duties and responsibilities as the Company’s CEO fully, faithfully and in a diligent and timely manner throughout the term of his employment with the Company and in his capacity as CEO shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”).
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. The Company hereby employs Executive as Chief Executive Officer and Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall report to and take direction from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Board. All other employees of the Company will report, directly or indirectly, to Executive. Executive will perform those duties which are usual and customary for a Chief Executive Officer of a restaurant enterprise. Executive shall be employed at the Company’s corporate offices. He shall perform his duties in a manner reasonably expected of a Chief Executive Officer of a restaurant company and as directed by the Board and its Chairman.

The Executive will perform those duties which are usual and customary for a Chief Executive Officer, in a manner reasonably expected of a Chief Executive Officer.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. During Executive's employment with the Company, Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company and Executive's title shall be Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall report to the Board and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board shall assign to him from time to time consistent with his position.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. The Company hereby employs Executive as Chief Executive Officer and Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall report to and take direction from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Board") and the Board. Employment as Chief Executive Officer. Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, Team shall employ Hawk and Hawk shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of Team with the duties specified in Section 2 below throughout the Term (defined in Section 7 below).
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. The Company wishes to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Executive represents and warrants to the Company that he is not a party to any agreement that would restrict or prohibit him from being employed by the Company.
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. Section 2.01. Executive is xxxxxx hired to perform services for Company as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. Sections 1 and 3 of the Employment Agreement shall be amended and restated in their entirety to read as follows:
Employment as Chief Executive Officer. On July 1, 1997, Executive shall become an employee of the Company and on July 24, 1997, Executive shall become the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, at which time he shall assume the duties and responsibilities commensurate with that position. The Executive will report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). During the Contract Term, and excluding any periods of vacation, sick leave or disability to which the Executive is entitled, the Executive agrees to devote the Executive's full attention and time to the business and affairs of the Company and to use the Executive's best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the duties and responsibilities of the Executive's positions as described herein.
