Employment As Executive. The Company agrees to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), and Executive accepts such employment. The term of initial employment as CEO shall be three years, commencing on April 5, 1999, and ending on April 5, 2002, or continuing thereafter under the terms of this Agreement, except that pursuant to Article III of this Agreement, after April 5, 2002, Executive may be terminated by Company upon not less than three month's prior written notice.
Employment As Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive as Vice President and General Manager of the Firewall Division, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commencing the date hereof and continuing until the earlier of (i) the third anniversary of the date hereof, or (ii) the date his employment terminates pursuant to Article III hereof. Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company. Executive shall relocate (the "Relocation") from Toronto, Ontario to the Minneapolis-St. Xxxx, Minnesota metropolitan area (the "Twin Cities").
Employment As Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive as Chief Executive Officer (hereafter “CEO”) under the terms of this Agreement, and Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall be responsible for the general and active management of the business and affairs of the Company, subject to the control and direction of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Executive shall from time to time make such reports of the affairs of the Company as the Board may require and shall perform such other duties as the Board may from time to time determine. In addition, the Executive shall serve as a director and/or officer of one or more of the Company’ subsidiaries if so elected or appointed from time to time.
Employment As Executive. The Company agrees to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), and Executive accepts such employment. The term of Employment Period as CEO shall be one year, commencing on April 5, 2002, and ending on April 5, 2003, and shall be automatically extended for one additional year on each succeeding April 5 Anniversary Date thereof (provided Executive’s employment has not been previously terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), except that pursuant to Paragraph 3.1(g) of this Agreement, Executive may be terminated by Company upon not less than three month’s prior written notice.
Employment As Executive. Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall have general and active management of the business and affairs of the Company, subject to the control of the Board. Executive shall from time to time make such reports of the affairs of the Company as the Board may require and shall perform such other duties as the Board may from time to time determine.
Employment As Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive as Vice President of Marketing and Sales of the Company and its subsidiaries, commencing the date hereof and continuing until the earlier of (i) the third anniversary of the date hereof, or (ii) the date his employment terminates pursuant to Article III hereof. Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Employment As Executive. During the Period of Employment described in Section 1.3 below, the Company and the Parent hereby agree to employ Executive as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Parent, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article III of this Agreement. Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall be responsible for managing the Company and the Parent and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time by the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Parent, which shall be consistent with his position as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Parent. The Company and the Parent shall nominate and use their best efforts to secure the election of Executive as a member of the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Parent, and Executive shall serve as Director of the Company and the Parent without additional compensation other than as provided herein. Executive shall not be required to perform his duties hereunder for more than 60 working days in any year, or for more than 21 consecutive days at any one time, at any office located in any place other than the Minneapolis, Minnesota metropolitan area.
Employment As Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer ( hereafter "CEO") for a two year term commencing the effective date of this Agreement. Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall have general and active management of the business and affairs of the Company, subject to the control of the Board. Executive shall from time to time make such reports of the affairs of the Company as the Board may require and shall perform such other duties as the Board may from time to time determine. The Stockholders have passed a resolution appointing Executive to the Company's Board.
Employment As Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive as a General Manager of the Company for a three-year period commencing on the date hereof, renewable automatically for successive one-year periods, unless terminated by either Executive or the Company in accordance with Article III of this Agreement (such actual period of employment being referred to as the "Employment Period"). Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time by the Vice President of Marketing of Empi Corp., the parent corporation of the Company ("Empi"), to whom he shall report.
Employment As Executive. During the Period of Employment described in Section 1.3 below, the Company and the Parent hereby agree to employ Executive as ____________________ or in such other executive officer position as the Board of Directors of the Company and the Parent may from time to time determine, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article III of this Agreement. Executive accepts such employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company and the Parent, which shall be consistent with his position as an executive officer. Executive shall not be required to perform his duties hereunder for more than 60 working days in any year, or for more than 21 consecutive days at any one time, at any office located in any place other than the Minneapolis, Minnesota metropolitan area.
