Employment of PAPs. No employment to the PAPs shall be given by the Authority.
Employment of PAPs. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 10.7, the Authority shall employ such PAPs as are eligible for employment as per the R&R Policy, on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Authority in accordance with the R&R Policy.
