EMPLOYMENT OF TEACHERS. W 6.01 Subject to Clauses 6.02, 6.09, 7.09, and 7.10, no person shall be employed or retained in a position to which this Collective Agreement applies unless that person is and continues to be the holder of a valid teaching certificate issued pursuant to the regulations governing teachers’ certificates.
