Common use of EMPLOYMENT OF UNION MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYMENT OF UNION MEMBERS. (a) All employees covered by this Agreement shall within thirty-one (31) days after their employment, or within thirty-one (31) days after the signing of this agreement, whichever is later, become members of the Union and retain such membership as a condition of employment, subject to the provisions of Section 8 (a) (3) of the Labor Management Relations Act.
