Employment Preferences. The L.L.C. shall take all reasonable steps to employ the following classes of persons in the following order of priority for all positions (including skilled, technical and management positions) for which they are qualified based upon their training and/or experience: First, members of the Band: second, c'iAldren of members of the Band: and third, members of other iederally recognized Native American Indian Tribes: provided that the foregoing employment preterences shall be valid only to the extent that they are incompliance with federal law.

Employment Preferences. Manager agrees to make reasonable efforts to hire or cause to be hired available and qualified residents of the City of Hartford and available and qualified members of minorities, as defined in Section 32-9n of the General Statutes, for operations jobs at the Civic Center at all levels of operation activity.
