WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT 10.1 Failure by a party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that party's rights or remedies.
Scope Entire Agreement and Amendment 301 Contract. This contract consists of 10 numbered pages and any Attachments as required. In the case of dispute or ambiguity arising between or among the documents, the order of precedence of document interpretation is the same.

Entire Agreement and Amendments This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof, and replaces and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Assignment and Enurement Neither this Agreement nor any right or obligation under this Agreement may be assigned by any Party without the prior consent of the other Parties. This Agreement enures to the benefit of and is binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Entire Agreement and Variation 21.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, negotiations, arrangements and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract.
Sole and Entire Agreement The parties acknowledge that this Arbitration Agreement constitutes the complete agreement of the parties on the subject matter contained herein, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreement or understanding on the subject matter contained herein.
