End of Assignment. All employment in the summer school program will terminate at the end of the summer school term.
End of Assignment. At the end of the Assignment, the Service Provider undertakes to either return or destroy any data or information belonging to the ESM in its possession, and to continue to comply with the provisions regarding confidentiality of information set out in § 12 of the Terms and Conditions. However, the Service Provider may retain certain data or information belonging to the ESM and being in the Service Provider’s possession for legal, regulatory, internal compliance and audit purposes.
End of Assignment. Upon full satisfaction of Owner's obligations under the Agreement, Assignee shall reassign to Owner the Policy and all specific rights included in this Collateral Assignment.
End of Assignment. It is within the University’s sole discretion not to reassign an individual to the title, in which case, employment will end after the fixed assignment date and no further notice will be provided.
End of Assignment. At the conclusion of such temporary assignment or out-of-class appointment, the employee’s rate of pay shall be returned to his/her rate of pay immediately prior to the temporary assignment or out-of-class appointment, and adjusted for any wage adjustment(s) which may have been made during the temporary assignment or out-of-class appointment.

End of Assignment. If you and your family decide to remain in the US at the end of the two (2) year assignment, you will be localized and these allowances and all other expat provisions will end.
End of Assignment. The End of the Assignment shall be governed by the provisions of the French Contract and the Suspension of the French Contract. A copy of the Suspension of the French Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
End of Assignment. 4.1. If the project that you will be responsible for is suspended, postponed or stopped, AptarGroup, Inc. reserves the right to put an end to your expatriation period at any time that it sees fit after a notice period of six (6) months.
4.2. Likewise, if you would want to discontinue your assignment in the US before the end of the period mentioned above, and you would like to remain in our group, six (6) month notice should be given, except in exceptional circumstances.
4.3. At the end of the assignment, whether this is by arrival at the planned end or ending in advance, or for any reason and with any cause, your expatriation within AptarGroup, Inc. will automatically terminate and your employment contract with your home company would immediately and automatically come into force. Aptar Europe Holding SAS will do everything possible to offer you a job that corresponds to the skills and the experience acquired on the date of return with a level of responsibility that comes as close as possible to the one assumed in the US. In any case, we commit ourselves to reserving for you, on this basis, a job at Aptar Europe Holding SAS or with one of the companies in the group Aptar with your acquired years of service that will take into consideration the duration of your assignment in the US.
