Enforcement authorities of Secretary. Whenever the Secretary finds that a State, Indian tribe, or other entity that has re- ceived financial assistance under this chap- ter has failed to comply with a provision of law referred to in subparagraph (A), with subparagraph (B), or with an applicable reg- ulation (including one prescribed to carry out subparagraph (B)), the Secretary shall notify the chief executive officer of the State involved or the tribally designated of- ficial of the tribe involved and shall request such officer or official to secure compliance. The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.

  • Maintenance Department All employees in this section are subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement except as specifically covered in this section.

  • Competent Authorities and Contact Points 1. Each Party shall provide each other Party with a description of its competent authorities and their division of responsibilities.
