Engagement of Artist. Artist agrees to perform in a competent and professional manner the performance at the times, dates and locations listed in the Basic Provisions (“Performance”). The performance information in the Basic Provisions may be amended by Artist and the City Project Manager or designee by mutual agreement in writing.
Engagement of Artist. All terms of this Agreement shall apply with the exception of Clause 26:02, Guaranteed Period.
Engagement of Artist. The Organiser hereby engages the Artist to perform/exhibit/participate at Stockholm Fringe Fest and the Artist hereby accepts such commitment on the terms set forth in this contract. The Artist may not perform with the specified show/performance/installation in the vicinity of the city of Stockholm within 3 months prior to STOFF 2018 and 1 month after. Engagement of Artist. The CITY implemented a Public Art Program pursuant to City of Stockton Municipal Code by allocating funding for the establishment and display of artwork in public places. CITY selected an ARTIST pursuant to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) as approved by City of Stockton City Council on April 8, 2003. Negotiations pertaining to the services to be performed by ARTIST were undertaken between ARTIST and an Art Selection Committee (a panel of art professionals and stakeholders) pursuant to Stockton Municipal Code Chapter 3, sections 3-095 through 3- 099. CITY and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx entered into a first agreement for artwork on Xxxxxxxx Road Widening Project (“Project”) on October 21, 2008 which expired 18 months after the ARTIST’s original Notice to Proceed was issued.
Engagement of Artist. Company hereby engages Artist, on an exclusive basis, to render such services as mutually agreed between the parties and as requested from time to time during the Term hereof, including but not limited to Artist’s performance of not less than live concert performances at such times and locations as determined by Company in Company’s reasonable discretion; to exclusively appear as reasonably necessary to conduct audio-only and audio-visual interviews with members of the press; to pose for photographs, meet and greet fans and Company’s designated guests; to appear as reasonably requested to film promotional, short form music videos, and all ancillary activities in connection therewith. Company will, where practicable, provide Artist with an appropriate credit, to be determined after discussion between the parties, for such appearances.
Engagement of Artist. An Artist shall be engaged under the terms of the Agreement in respect of the concert performance of an Opera, Operetta or piece of Musical Theatre, complete or in part, or a selection of same. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply except for the following:
