English Language Learners. a) The School will provide programs such as English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL) and services for English Language Learners (ELL) students according to Florida Statute and Florida State Board of Education Rules to meet the requirements of the Consent Decree entered in Lulac, et al. v. State Board of Education and related rules of the State Board of Education in Chapter 6A-6. b) The School will comply with the Sponsor’s LEP plan in identifying ESOL students and provision of ESOL services. c) The School will ensure that teachers who have responsibility for the instruction of ELL students have the appropriate training as required for ESOL certification and/or endorsement. d) The School will ensure that every ELL student will have equal access to any and all programs available in the School.
