Authority Reporting. 6.3.1 The Authority shall produce and make available reports to the Charter School in a manner consistent with the Reporting Requirements Manual. 7.1 Authority‌ 7.1.1 Pursuant to NRS 386.509, the Authority shall have broad oversight authority over the Charter School and may take all reasonable steps necessary to confirm that the Charter School is and remains in material compliance with this Charter Contract, the Charter Application, and applicable law and regulation. The Authority’s oversight of the Charter School shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities: 7.1.1.1 Oversight, intervention, termination, renewal, and closure processes and procedures for the Charter School; 7.1.1.2 Reviewing the performance and compliance of the Charter School within the terms of this Charter Contract and applicable laws, policies and regulations; 7.1.1.3 Ensuring the Charter School’s compliance with reporting requirements; 7.1.1.4 Monitoring the educational, legal, fiscal, and organizational condition of the Charter School; and 7.1.1.5 Providing guidance to the Charter School on compliance and other operational matters.
Authority Reporting. You are to have complete and exclusive authority to develop and handle for us any business of the type above mentioned which you may consider advantageous for us, subject to the direction and control of our officers and directors. You will furnish us with such statistical information with respect to the securities which we may hold or contemplate purchasing as we may request. We wish to be kept in touch with important developments affecting our Company and shall expect you on your own initiative to furnish us from time to time with such information as you may believe appropriate for this purpose, whether concerning the individual companies whose securities are included in our portfolio or the industries in which they are engaged. We shall also expect you of your own motion to advise us whenever in your opinion conditions are such as to make it desirable that a specific security be eliminated from our portfolio.
Authority Reporting. The IFG has no specific delegated authority for decision making, and any decisions will be made by officers in accordance with their organisations scheme of delegation. A Key Issues Report will be made available for PLT, Cabinet and the ICB Finance Investments and Resources Committee after each meeting. Ratified minutes of the IFG meeting will be available to either Partner on request. Exception reports will also be submitted at the request of either Partner.

  • Diversity Reporting Upon request, the Contractor will report to the Department its spend with business enterprises certified by the OSD. These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.

  • Quarterly Reporting If reporting is on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children a complete, accurate, and programmatic Quarterly Report, in a format as provided by the COUNTY, on or before the 10th of the month following the close of the quarter, as well as supporting documentation. The Quarterly Reports shall, if applicable to the Scope of Work in Attachment “A”, list “Units of Service” provided (i.e.: hourly, per session, etc.) and/or any other pertinent outcome measurements outlined in Attachment “A”.

  • Additional Reporting Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022. The Recipient shall review and update such information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Recipient’s information. The Recipient agrees that this Agreement and information related thereto, including the Maximum Awardable Amount and any executive total compensation reported pursuant to paragraph 38, may be made available to the public through a U.S. Government website, including XXX.xxx.
