Common use of English Clause in Contracts

English. language Any notice given under or in connection with this Agreement must be in English. All other documents provided under or in connection with this Agreement must be: 18.4.1 in English; or 18.4.2 if not in English, and if so required by the Lender, accompanied by a certified English translation and, in this case, the English translation will prevail unless the document is a constitutional, statutory or other official document.
