Enhanced Verification Requirements. a) In addition to Section 3.D.1, the employee’s supervisor, with the concurrence of Human Resources, may request future verification when less than four consecutive days of sick leave is taken and reasonable suspicion of sick leave abuse exists, if one of the following also applies:
