ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. A) The University shall maintain a professional staff to work with Licensees to develop a virtual community concept within the student housing facility to enhance Licensee's educational experience at the University. The University shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The student housing facility shall be operated to enhance the social, educational, and recreational opportunities available to Licensee.
