Obligations of University. The University shall: Provide the Contractor with sufficient information to enable the Contractor to perform its duties under this Agreement; Provide the Contractor with promotional materials deemed necessary to inform prospective students; Communicate changes to policy and procedures, the academic program and course list, and new and updated promotional materials; Update the Contractor in writing of any changes in fees and services; Duly process all completed applications received but is under no obligation to accept any prospective students referred by the Contractor; and Respond promptly to the Contractor’s questions or requests for information.

Obligations of University a) TWU will provide the facility and security, if necessary, for the engagement. Additional facilities and equipment may be provided as needed. If applicable, Performer’s Rider (or same) is included as an exhibit and part of this Agreement as agreed to by both Parties. b) TWU will publicize the engagement according to its own policies and procedures. c) TWU may provide a photographer, and all negatives and prints will remain the property of TWU with the condition that they will not be used for commercial gain or any other purpose other than TWU promotional materials d) TWU □MAY/□MAY NOT video record the event. If permission is given by Performer to video record, the following portion may be recorded: If the event is video recorded, all tapes shall remain the property of TWU with the condition that it will not be used for commercial gain or used by anyone other than TWU. e) TWU is hereby relieved of any liability if unable to meet the responsibilities of the Agreement because of any natural phenomenon, riots, epidemics, strikes, any act or order of public authority, or any other cause similar or dissimilar beyond the control of TWU. Furthermore, if such acts or conditions occur, TWU is not liable for any damage which Performer, his/her employees, or representative might suffer. f) TWU shall be the only party authorized to issue complimentary tickets to the performances; however, upon request by Performer, complimentary tickets may be given to the Performer. g) TWU or Performer can terminate this Agreement in writing at any time with a ten (10) day notice. TWU shall only be liable for payment of services and expenses incurred prior to termination

Obligations of University. 1. UNIVERSITY will establish Course and Practicum Description, including guidelines for Student eligibility, the provision of classroom theory and practical instruction, and ensure that all Students meet eligibility requirements prior to PROGRAM participation. 2. UNIVERSITY shall assign only the number of Students mutually agreed upon by COUNTY and UNIVERSITY. 3. UNIVERSITY shall acquaint the designated COUNTY representative and staff with the goals, objectives, methods, and specific expectations of the UNIVERSITY. 4. UNIVERSITY will designate a representative or faculty advisor who is available to assist COUNTY personnel and Students of the PROGRAM and who will be responsible to maintain on-going contact with FACILITY’s designated representative. The UNIVERSITY designated representative or faculty advisor for the PROGRAM is: Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, DrPH, MPH Assistant Xxxx of Practice, Assistant Professor Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences UNIVERSITY shall inform COUNTY in a timely manner of any changes in the information listed above. 5. UNIVERSITY shall inform any designated representative or faculty and Students about their obligation to adhere strictly to all applicable administrative polices, rules, standards, schedules, and practices of COUNTY. 6. UNIVERSITY shall notify COUNTY as soon as possible of the names and arrival dates of Students. 7. When requested by COUNTY, UNIVERSITY shall require Students to attend an orientation. 8. UNIVERSITY will require inform Students and faculty members who are supervising Students about their obligation to maintain confidentiality of all COUNTY matters, proceedings, and information to the extent required by law, including but not limited to client records and information. This confidentiality shall extend beyond the termination of this Agreement. 9. UNIVERSITY will inform Students of the requirement to provide to COUNTY a completed: a. Student Confidentiality Agreement, b. Acknowledgement of Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability, and
Obligations of University. The University agrees to: provide the Company with appropriate information prior to and in connection with each student internship assignment, and will plan appropriate visits if necessary; and shortlist and select the students based on outstanding academic and/or co-curriculum activities as an appropriate intern for the internship.
Obligations of University. University hereby agrees that it will accept a donation from Avondale of the Property and will lease said Property to the Foundation pursuant to the terms of the Ground Lease. University hereby affirms that it will fulfill its obligations pursuant to the Ground Lease to Foundation. Furthermore, University agrees that it will locate a laboratory and support areas for the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in said Facility. University will operate said laboratory in the Facility and will coordinate certain aspects of its teaching, research, and public service missions with Avondale and with other private shipbuilding entities which choose to utilize the resources available through the University of New Orleans School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.

Obligations of University. University shall fulfill the following terms, obligations, and covenants: 1. Maintain an accredited program for the study of optometry "Optometry Program". 2. Select Residents who have satisfactorily completed all prerequisites and are in good standing with University. 3. Provide Facility with the names of Residents at least one month before the beginning date of the clinical education program. 4. Designate and submit in writing the name, and professional and academic credentials of the Residency Education Director who will be responsible for the residency curriculum to assume the following responsibilities in relation to the Agreement: a. serve as University representative; b. serve as liaison between Parties; c. receive all correspondence on behalf of University; d. Coordinate educational objectives of the clinical education program with Facility.
Obligations of University. In furtherance of the purposes and mutual benefits described herein, University agrees to: (a) Work in consultation and cooperation with Sponsor in developing and implementing the Program. (b) Select current and recently enrolled students of the University (the “Students”) who choose to apply while matriculated and are eligible to participate in the Program. The Sponsor may select any eligible Student to participate in the Program. The University may remove any Student from the Program at University’s sole discretion. (c) Designate a member of the University faculty or staff to act as an advisor for Students and to act as liaison between University and Sponsor on matters relating to the Program. (d) Inform Students of the University’s general rules, policies and requirements for participation in the Program. (e) Retain primary responsibility for the education, guidance and evaluation of Students. (f) Facilitate Students’ participation in the Program during the Program Dates (May 17 through August 5, 2016).
Obligations of University. The University will - A. Designate a faculty member of the University who shall serve as a Coordinator and be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities and assignments of the Students with the Coordinator designated by the Medical Center. B. Provide and maintain the records and reports of its Students during their clinical learning experiences. C. Inform Students of all applicable policies and procedures of the Medical Center. The Medical Center Coordinator shall notify the University Coordinator of any violations thereof. A Student may be dismissed from participation in the training programs in accordance with University’s applicable policies and procedures as referred to below. D. Ensure that University Students and faculty will follow all of the regulatory requirements stipulated by Medical Center. E. Provide the names of Students, who must be pre-registered, sufficiently in advance to allow convenient planning of schedules. Students assigned for clinical instruction and experience at the Medical Center shall be subject to the supervision and direction of the Medical Center. F. Provide to the Medical Center upon written request verification of the immunizations, diagnostic tests, and examinations performed to document Students’ freedom from communicable disease as required by Medical Center policy in effect at the time of assignment to the Medical Center. G. Warrant that Students have been provided with information and education necessary to enable them to function safely and effectively. As applicable, this will include but is not limited to safety, use of hazardous materials, prevention of infection (including tuberculosis and blood borne pathogens), and prevention of violence. These requirements may be updated periodically as required by Medical Center policy or the requirements of external regulating agencies. Documentation of such training will be provided to Medical Center upon request. H. Provide to the Medical Center verification that each Student and Instructors meet Medical Center background check requirements for students, as follows: 1. Prior to Student(s) starting their training assignment at Medical Center, all Student(s) and on-site faculty/Instructors who will be on Medical Center premises must complete a background check in accordance with applicable State caregiver background check law and Medical Center policy. The results of the background check must contain clearance for at least the past seven (7) years and must incl...
