Common use of Enrollment and Election Clause in Contracts

Enrollment and Election. Election under the CITY’S Cafeteria Plan Allotment shall take effect on the first of the month following 30 days after approval of the request and/or eligibility for health insurance. Payment shall be divided equally between the first two paydays in each month. If the CITY significantly alters the payment schedule, this payment schedule will be subject to meet and confer. Once this election is made, the EMPLOYEE will not be allowed to change except as follows:
