Entitlement Credit. (a) Annual vacation entitlement shall be credited at July 1st of each year. Employees shall be entitled to take their full entitlement during the first vacation year. (b) The annual entitlement shall be reduced by one-twelfth for each month in which the employee does not receive pay for at least ten days.
