Provision of Meals. 18.01 An employee required to work overtime and who works one (1) hour will be entitled to a meal allowance. For each four (4) hours of overtime worked beyond the first hour, he will be entitled to an additional meal allowance. A maximum of twenty (20) minutes is to be allotted in which to obtain a meal.

Provision of Meals. If an employee is required to remain at work for at least two hours following the close of his or her regular work shift for the purpose of performing emergency work, the City shall provide the employee with an adequate meal. If an employee is called at home and asked to return to work to perform emergency work, the City shall provide the employee with an adequate meal at four-hour intervals during the performance of such work. The City shall not provide meals before, during or after any work which is scheduled in advance or performed at the discretion of the employee except as approved by the Department Head.

Provision of Meals. (i) Parks and Wildlife shall provide the usual three meals per day where employees are operating on fire duties remote from their headquarters and cannot be returned to their normal place of abode for a rest period. Provision of Meals. GTC shall furnish all food and labor necessary to prepare all FEAST meals at VT College of Fine Arts’ Xxxxx Xxxx at 0 Xxxx Xxxxxx and deliver to the Montpelier Senior Activity Center, 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx – the location from where MSAC staff and volunteers will distribute all meals. GTC will send all home delivered meals, hot & frozen, in suitable containers from the Montpelier Senior Activity Center. FEAST Meals on Wheels (the home delivered meals) shall be packaged individually, with seal tight covers for transportation, in an insulated carrying case (provided by GTC). The number of meals to be prepared each day is determined by the number of registered FEAST Meals on Wheels clients and counts on route sheets prepared by MSAC staff the previous week, and the number of FEAST Curbside meal estimated reservations for that week. The route sheets will be emailed to GTC from the FEAST Program Manager, and regular communication will occur to monitor estimated Curbside demand as guests begin to eat at MSAC indoors and outdoors. FEAST Meals on Wheels and FEAST Curbside meals must meet Older Americans Act standards for nutritional quality and quantity and meet 1/3 recommended daily allowance (DRI of vitamins and minerals).
