EQUIPMENT LOADING AND UNLOADING. Tour buses shall not be permitted to park on 44th Avenue, but shall be permitted to stand on 00xx Xxxxxx for the purposes of loading and unloading for up to ninety (90) minutes each. private parking area on the north side of the Theater. All tour buses and commercial vehicles shall be required to turn off their engines while loading and unloading. Tour buses and other commercial vehicles will be instructed to refrain from driving on the north-south residential streets other than to access the parking lot immediately north of the Xxxxx Theater.

EQUIPMENT LOADING AND UNLOADING. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in Appendix A, and at no cost to TMS/USA, Carrier shall load the Vehicles on the Equipment at the applicable Origin Points and unload the Vehicles at the applicable Destination Points. Carrier shall have care, custody and control of the Vehicles from the time of tender of the Vehicles until completion of delivery to, and unloading at, the Destination Points (in a secured and covered area), unless specifically stated otherwise in Appendix A. Carrier is responsible for delivering the Vehicles to the applicable Destination Point in a secured and covered area at that location, protected from the elements, including without limitation rain, snow, sleet, flood, hail, theft, etc. (the “Secured Area”). To the extent Carrier finds that the Destination Point does not have a Secured Area, Carrier shall immediately call TMS/USA for further instructions at the numbers indicated on Appendix C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and Carrier shall comply with such further instructions at no additional cost to TMS/USA, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. All loading and unloading shall be completed solely by Carrier’s driver of a shipment, unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing by TMS/USA.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING General Office Area: The building shall be equipped with a combination heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. The system shall have ducted supply and return air. The space above the ceiling shall not be used as a supply or return plenum. The systems shall be sized in accordance with the weather conditions identified in Chapter 13, “Energy Conservation” of the 1996 BOCA Building Code and supplemented by the “Building Code Rules”. All HVAC equipment shall be commercial or light industrial grade. If new construction it shall be installed at grade or within mechanical rooms for easy access and maintenance. If existing construction, roof mounted equipment will be considered after all other options have been exhausted, including the elimination of noise and vibration transfer to the structural members. The HVAC systems shall be zoned, with units sized and placed as required by heating and cooling loads on the building. Zoning of systems is dependent on the size, shape and orientation of the building. The HVAC system shall be divided into a minimum of 4 exterior and 1 interior temperature control zones. Return air shall be taken from the area supplied or adjacent to the area in the same temperature control zone. The ventilation and exhaust system shall be sized to maintain a positive pressure throughout the building envelope to limit air and dust infiltration. No HVAC ductwork shall be installed under the floor slab or underground.

  • Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.
