Equipment Repair Services. Repair (“Repair”) services provided under this Agreement, if chosen, include labor and parts required to maintain covered equipment (the “Equipment”) as determined in the Acknowledgement. Repairs to Equipment will conform to manufacturers’ specifications as outlined in each manufacturer’s service manual.
Equipment Repair Services. Equipment Repair Service will be performed during the Business Day. The Contractor shall respond within twenty-four (24) hours of request from Client Agency to schedule repair Service at Client Agency Site.
