Equivalent Equipment. 1. The equipment equivalent references are included to identify the technical standards of equipment required for this contract. The Contractor may substitute other brands and models, providing that the substitute equipment has the same quality, capabilities, compatibility, and connectivity as the specified equipment.

Equivalent Equipment. During Phase I, the Contractor may propose an alternative to any item identified by manufacturer's make and model number in the System Specification, Attachment J-1 and/or Scientific Mission Systems Specification, Attachment J- 6 and identified in the Equipment Salient Characteristics, Attachment J-9, by preparing an Equivalent Equipment Substitution Request (DI-007) in writing to the Government for approval.
Equivalent Equipment. The Contractor may propose an alternative to an item identified as non-critical on the Master Equipment List, Attachment J-7c by manufacturer's make and model number by preparing an Equivalent Equipment Substitution Request (DI-015) in writing to the Government for approval. Such requests shall be made sixty (60) days in advance of the Contractor’s anticipated order of the equipment to allow the Government time to determine equivalency. Any equipment not approved within forty-five (45) days will be considered disapproved by the Government.

  • Other Equipment Seller shall install, own and maintain the infrastructure associated with the Revenue Metering Package, including but not limited to all enclosures (meter cabinets, meter pedestals, meter sockets, pull boxes, and junction boxes, along with their grounding/bonding connections), CT/PT mounting structures, conduits and ductlines, enclosure support structures, ground buses, pads, test switches, terminal blocks, isolation relays, telephone surge suppressors, and analog phone lines (one per meter), subject to Company's review and approval.
