Escalation Procedure and Disputes. Any issues which first arise under the Agreement shall be referred to the Nominated Officer/ Account Manager in the first instance. Should issues not be resolved by the Nominated Officer/ Account Manager within 10 days, then the issues shall be referred to the Authorised Officer/ Framework Manager in the second instance. Should issues not be resolved by the Authorised Officer/Framework Manager within 10 days, then the issues shall be classed as a dispute and dealt with via the Dispute Resolution Procedure within the Terms and Conditions of the Framework Agreement.

  • Complaints and Disputes 28.1. If the Client wishes to report a complaint, he must send an email to the Company with the completed “Complaints Form” found on the Website. The Company will try to resolve it without undue delay and according to the Company’s Complaints Procedure for Clients.
