ESI Defined Benefit Fund (DB. Members It is agreed that with respect to calculating the Final Average Salary (FAS) for employees in the defined benefit section of the ESI Fund Scheme, the employee’s averaged salary over the employee’s final year of service will be used. Ergon Energy agrees that its employees who are members of the Defined Benefit section of the ESI Fund Trust Deed will not, without the employee’s written agreement, be transferred to the Defined Contribution section of the ESI Fund Trust Deed.   • Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the existing Northern California Glaziers, Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Agreement ("Defined Benefit Pension Trust").
