Post Salary Sacrifice. If an employee implements a salary sacrifice arrangement, except for superannuation, overtime and termination purposes, the reduced salary will be the salary for all purposes of this Agreement and the employee’s terms and conditions of employment until the salary sacrifice arrangements cease. If an employee terminates or reduces the amount of their salary sacrifice, the employee’s minimum salary entitlement will increase or revert to the pre-sacrifice amount as applicable.
