Establishment of Accounts Distributions. SECTION 3.01 Establishment of COLT Collection Account and Payment Ahead Servicing Account. (a) (i) The Servicer, for the benefit of the COLT 2005-SN1 Secured Noteholders, shall establish and maintain in the name of the COLT Indenture Trustee an Eligible Deposit Account known as the Central Originating Lease Trust 2005-SN1 Collection Account (the "COLT Collection Account"), bearing an additional designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Series 2005-SN1 Further Holders.
