Establishment of the DRC; Meetings. Under the direction of the Joint Development Committee, the Parties shall establish a Data Review Committee (“Data Review Committee” or “DRC”) to monitor the safety of the Compounds being used in the Study. The DRC shall be composed of (i) at least one clinician designated by Genentech familiar with the therapeutic profile of the Genentech Compound; (ii) at least one clinician designated by Syndax familiar with the therapeutic profile of the Syndax Compound; and (iii) if the Parties agree to include one or more independent clinicians, such individuals shall be acceptable to both Parties, and shall be bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. The DRC shall meet *** during Phase 1, at least every *** during Phase 2 and *** during the conduct of the Study.

The DRC shall be composed of (i) at least one clinician designated by Humanigen familiar with the therapeutic profile of the Humanigen Investigational Product; (ii) at least one clinician designated by Kite familiar with the therapeutic profile of the Kite Investigational Product; and (iii) if the Parties agree to include one or more Third Party clinicians, such individuals shall be acceptable to both Parties, and shall be bound by appropriate confidentiality and invention assignment obligations. The DRC shall meet at least once each calendar quarter or at such other times as deemed appropriate by the Parties and on an ad hoc basis as necessary during the Study.

The DRC shall be composed of (i) at least one clinician designated by Genentech familiar with the therapeutic profile of the Genentech Compound; provided that such clinician is not participating in any other clinical studies involving the BioLineRx Compound in combination with a Third Party’s agent; (ii) at least one clinician designated by BioLineRx familiar with the therapeutic profile of the BioLineRx Compound; and (iii) if the Parties agree to include one or more additional clinicians and/or statisticians, such individuals shall be acceptable to both Parties, and in each of (i), (ii) or (iii) above, such clinicians shall be bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. If established, the DRC shall disuss [*] during Phase 1 (if a Phase 1 dose escalation is included in a given Study’s Protocol), at least every [*] during Phase Ib and on an ad hoc basis as necessary during the conduct of the Study(ies).

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected.   • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings.   • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.
