Progress Meetings. The Town and Contractor shall meet, either in person or by telephone conference calls, at regularly scheduled meetings (“Project Working Group Meetings”) held at approximate two-week intervals throughout the Project. Progress Meetings. Landlord's Agent, Tenant's Agent, Landlord's Contractor and Tenant's Contractor, if any, will conduct progress meetings during the construction process. Until the commencement of construction of the Initial Leasehold Improvements, such progress meetings shall be held, at least once every two weeks, at the office of Landlord's Contractor. Throughout the period during which the Initial Leasehold Improvements are being constructed, such progress meetings shall be held weekly at the office of the general contractor constructing the Initial Leasehold improvements (Landlord's Contractor or Tenant's Contractor, as applicable).
