Common use of Establishment of Union Plan Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Union Plan. The Union shall establish its own group health/life/accidental death and dismemberment plan. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be eligible to participate in the Palm Beach Firefighters' Employee Benefit Fund ("Union Plan"). Non- bargaining unit employees of the Department are eligible to participate in the Union plan at the premium set by the union plan. Persons covered by the Union Plan who retire may continue to be covered by the Union Plan at the rates then charged by the Union Plan for retirees.
