Dress Uniforms. The EMPLOYER shall order all non-probationary EMPLOYEES, no later than sixty(60) days after the start of the new fiscal year, all articles of dress uniforms and equipment. The EMPLOYER shall not be responsible for factors outside their control.

Dress Uniforms. Upon completion of his/her probationary period, each employee covered under this agreement shall receive a complete ensemble departmental Class A uniform at no cost to the employee. This uniform shall also be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the employer on an as needed basis at no cost to the employee. The total cost of this uniform shall not exceed 350.00. The employer is not responsible for the cleaning of the dress uniforms.
Dress Uniforms. The Department will provide Class A uniforms to all new employees once they successfully complete their probation.
Dress Uniforms. Once a year the department will give employees the opportunity to participate in the department’s Dress Uniform Cost-Sharing Program. This program only applies to the PBCFR Dress Uniform Contract developed by the Union and the County, which can only be modified or changed if both the Union President and the Fire-Rescue Administrator agree.
Dress Uniforms. The Town shall provide each member of the Department covered by this Agreement with an initial issue of dress blue uniform, including a raincoat, subsequent to completion of the probationary period. All permanent members shall be required to have and maintain, after issue, a set of dress blues which shall include departmentally approved uniform hat, blouse, pants, raincoat and appropriate accessories. Subsequent to the initial issue each member of the Department shall maintain said dress uniform at his own expense and be subject to an administrative inspection every six (6) months to verify compliance with this section's requirements. Any employee issued dress blue uniforms and raincoats shall return same to the Chief of the Fire Department at the employees termination of employment from the department. Except upon service retirement or upon termination after ten (10) years or more of faithful service, employees shall be required to return all badges and insignias upon termination of employment.
Dress Uniforms. Over the duration of this agreement, the Department will provide Dress (Class A) uniforms for all employees who have not previously received these uniforms. Additionally, the Department will provide Class A uniforms to all new employees once they successfully complete their probation.

The Director of Public Safety and representative committee will determine and/or approve all changes or additions to the previously approved uniforms and equipment 3. The right shall be reserved to Director of Public Safety & School Security Department to limit maintenance and replacement expenditures should the employee not exercise reasonable care of his/her uniform. Uniforms for K-12 Officers shall be three (3) uniforms (uniform to mean two (2) shirts, one (1) short sleeve shirt, one (1) long sleeve shirt, and one (1) pair of trousers. Also provided shall be one (1) winter jacket, one (1) spring jacket, or one (1) all weather jacket. All Public Safety Department Personnel will wear and utilize all issued uniforms and equipment.

Dress Uniforms. The Employer may provide each fire fighter dress fire uniforms as approved by the Employer. Such uniforms shall be replaced by the Employer, if in a worn condition, upon inspection and authorization by the Employer. Old uniforms must be returned to the Employer before a replacement will be issued or if an employee ceases to be a Fire Fighter. A. The Employer shall provide to Paid-On-Call and Part-Time fire fighters upon attaining five (5) years continuous service with the Employer, one complete Class A Dress Uniform. All maintenance of said uniform will be the fire fighter’s responsibility. The Class A Uniform shall consist of a jacket, pair of pants, belt, tie and a dress shirt.
