Estimate of Construction Costs. Consultant shall prepare construction costs estimates on a per unit basis for all proposed improvements. The format will directly match the contractor bid schedule for ease of comparison. The estimates will be in tabular form. Each construction item will show bid item, quantity, unit, unit price, and total cost.
Estimate of Construction Costs. “Estimate of Construction Costs” means a written estimate of the reasonable, anticipated Construction Costs for construction of the Project as depicted or described in the Design Documents prepared by Architect and its Subconsultants.
Estimate of Construction Costs. Conceptual construction cost estimates for all facilities covered in the design package and required for the complete and operable construction of the entire system.
