Estimated Titles. The License Fee is based on the inclusion of the Estimated Number of Titles (as referenced in the table in Section 3.1) in the licensed eBook Collections. If the total number of eBooks in the eBook Collections licensed under these Product Terms is less than 97% of the estimated number of titles for all licensed eBook Collections, Licensor shall, at Member(s)’ request, offer Member(s) a credit toward either (a) current access to an additional online product, or (b) future acquisition of an eBook Collection or any other online product, in an amount equal to 1% of the License Fee for each full percentage point that the actual number of titles is below 97% of the estimated number of titles for all licensed eBook Collections. Title lists may be accessed through xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/metadata/books. Major new title list acquisitions during the Term are not included in the license grant under these Product Terms. Content: eBook Collections The below Collections do include Major Reference Works. For eBooks in the Collections above, Member(s) may engage in the activities described in 3.3 of the Springer Nature Canada Consortium Terms and Conditions with full eBooks as well as chapters of eBooks, provided that it is in compliance with all other conditions of that clause.
