Licensor shall provide such title lists to third-party vendors of Knowledge Bases on an ongoing and timely basis.

Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee in use of the Licensed Materials. Licensor will make its personnel available by email, phone or via the Web, or in person during regular business hours of the Licensor’s time zone, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support. Licensor will provide and maintain help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Material.

The Licensor shall use reasonable efforts to update itemized title lists as soon as is practicable when holdings information changes and shall provide this information to the Licensee on a timely basis. The Licensee will provide the consortium-specific title lists to knowledge base suppliers.

TITLE LISTS. Upon request SAGE shall provide to the Institutions, in KBART-compliant format as appropriate, an itemized title list that specifies the Products accessible to the Institutions. SAGE shall provide such title lists to third-party vendors of Knowledge Bases and Discovery Services on an ongoing and timely basis. Marc Records. When applicable to the Products, SAGE shall provide full OCLC-quality batched sets of MARC records at no additional cost by the date of the execution of this License Agreement. Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Institutions and Members. M odification of Products. SAGE shall when reasonably possible give a sixty (60) day written notice to the Customer of any anticipated substantive modifications to Product and Platform(s), including withdrawal of content, or migration to new formats. If, in the reasonable opinion of the Customer and Institution, any such modification renders the Products substantially less useful in a material respect to its Authorized Users, Customer may seek to terminate this License Agreement for breach. C ollection of Usage Data. SAGE will collect usage data according to the most recent release of the Project COUNTER Code of Practice. Such usage data shall be compiled in a manner consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws, and the anonymity of individual users and the confidentiality of their searches shall be fully protected. Usage Data on SAGE Research Methods and SAGE Knowledge may be downloaded on demand by Institution from SecureCenter, and Usage Data on SAGE Journals may be downloaded on demand by logging in as account administrator at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/login. Monthly reports from each respective platform compiled for the subscription term will be required as part of the renewal process. SAGE agrees to compile such statistics of all Member Institutions for Consortium upon reasonable request. SAGE shall disclose to the Customer and Institution such Usage Data relating to the Customer or Institution as reasonably requested, provided that the disclosure of such data fully protects the anonymity of individual users and the confidentiality of their searches and is not contrary to applicable privacy laws.
