Common use of Evacuations Clause in Contracts

Evacuations. Employees with a school bus driver’s permit will perform at least one (1) bus evacuation drill per year with students and shall be paid a minimum of one (1) hour and for each one-quarter (1/4) hour worked thereafter, if not during their scheduled work hours. Employees who volunteer to perform additional bus evacuation drills (i.e., beyond one (1)) shall be paid a minimum of (2) hours and for each one-quarter (1/4) hour worked thereafter.
