Evaluate Improvements to Maximize. Recycled Water Injection while Reducing Hydraulic Impacts to the Barrier Analyze the current Barrier injection operations with blending of recycled water with imported water. Evaluate the flow and pressure control components at LVL, Barrier injection xxxxx, blend station, barrier supply pipeline and pressure regulating station to develop improvements to maximize recycled water injection while avoiding MWD low-flow penalties, and also minimize flow and pressure variations and any potential hydraulic surges at the Barrier and its supply pipeline. Evaluate the feasibility of the addition of a new PRV station between the blend station and the Barrier injection header as described in Section 2. Recommend infrastructure and operational improvements with detailed descriptions and design/sizing criteria, develop a preliminary layout of the recommended improvements including required electrical connections and instrumentation controls, describe the operational principles for the improved system, identify the requirements for land acquisitions/lease/right-of-way (if any) and analyze the preliminary CEQA environmental impacts, develop an implementation schedule including design and construction, and estimate the capital and O&M costs involving the improvements. If the recommendations involve using a different flowmeter for imported water than the current LB7A, consultant needs to assist District to obtain a letter from MWD for approval of the concept.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Constructability Program 5.2.1 Implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document Project cost and schedule savings opportunities. The constructability program shall follow accepted industry practices and be reviewed by Owner at design milestones. Whenever the term “value engineering” is used in conjunction with this Agreement or the Project, it has its commonly accepted meaning within the construction industry and does not imply the practice of professional engineering without a license. If any value engineering activities constitute the professional practice of engineering, then such activities shall be performed by an engineer licensed in Texas.

  • Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
