Evaluation Feedback. Licensee agrees to provide reasonable Evaluation Feedback to Adobe during the Testing Period. Licensee grants to Adobe a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, make derivative works based upon, publicly display, publicly perform, make, use, sell and export the Evaluation Feedback, including without limitation the right to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sublicensees. Licensee agrees that Licensee has all rights necessary to provide the Evaluation Feedback to Adobe and Licensee acknowledges that Adobe is in no way obligated to incorporate, use or otherwise acknowledge any Evaluation Feedback that Licensee has provided.

Evaluation Feedback. The purpose of this limited license is the testing and evaluation of the Beta Products and Documentation. In furtherance of this purpose, You shall provide feedback to ForeScout concerning the functionality and performance of the Beta Products from time to time as reasonably requested by ForeScout, including, without limitation, identifying potential errors, improvements, modifications, bug fixes, or enhancements ("Feedback"). Such Feedback will be in a manner convenient to You and will be subject to reasonable availability of Your personnel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, prior to disclosing to ForeScout any information in connection with this Agreement which You consider proprietary or confidential, You will obtain ForeScout’s prior written approval to disclose such information to ForeScout, and without such prior written approval from ForeScout, You will not disclose any such information to ForeScout. Feedback and other information which is provided by You to ForeScout in connection with the Beta Products or this Agreement may be used by ForeScout to improve or enhance its products and, accordingly, You grant ForeScout a non-­‐exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-­‐free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and otherwise exploit such Feedback and information without restriction.
Evaluation Feedback. Evaluator shall provide reasonable feedback to VAI concerning the VAI Research from time to time as may be reasonably requested by XXX including, without limitation, identifying potential improvements, modifications or enhancements (collectively, “Feedback”). Feedback and other information which is provided by Evaluator to VAI in connection with this Agreement may be used by VAI without compensation to Evaluator to improve or enhance VAI’s products and services.

In furtherance of this purpose, Licensee may provide feedback to VMware concerning the functionality and performance of the Technology Preview Software from time to time including, without limitation, identifying potential errors and improvements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, prior to Licensee disclosing to VMware any information under this Agreement that Licensee considers proprietary or confidential, Licensee shall obtain VMware’s prior written approval to disclose such information to VMware, and without such prior written approval from VMware, Licensee shall not disclose any such information to VMware. VMware may use feedback to improve or enhance its products and, accordingly, you hereby grant to VMware a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide right and license, with the right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, disclose, distribute, perform, display, modify, prepare derivative works of and otherwise exploit the feedback and other information without restriction in any manner now known or in the future conceived and to make, use, sell, offer to sell, import and export any product or service that incorporates the feedback and other information.
Evaluation Feedback. To the fullest extent allowed under law, all intellectual property rights of any kind worldwide, such as copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, trademarks, as well as ideas, processes, know how, show how, and all other work product (collectively “Intellectual Property Rights”) in and to the Feedback will vest in Zuora. If possible, under applicable law, all Feedback will be a work made for hire. To the extent that any Feedback is not considered a work made for hire, you hereby assign all right, title, and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights in the Feedback to Zuora. To the extent that any Intellectual Property Rights in the Feedback are not hereby assigned to Zuora, then you grant to Zuora a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, assignable license under all Intellectual Property Rights to use and commercialize the Feedback in any manner, in any medium now known or later developed. You agree not to assert any legal claim, under any theory now known or later developed, now or in the future, against Zuora, its assignees, designees, officers, directors, partners, and customers, based upon Zuora’s use of the Feedback. You will execute any additional documents that Zuora believes may be required to document or give effect to the terms, assignments, and licenses in this Section 3, now or in the future. The cost of any such documents will be borne by Zuora. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prevent you, your employer, or any other company from using any general industry knowledge or expertise you may have, at any time and in any way in the future, including in endeavors that are potentially competitive with Zuora’s products or services, provided that you do not make use of Zuora’s Confidential Information or infringe Zuora’s legal rights.
Evaluation Feedback. If You provides reasonable feedback related to the performance and usability of the Software (e.g., usability of the Software, bug reports, test results, problems or deficiencies encountered by You while using the Software, suggested solutions to such problems or deficiencies, and recommended action for modification of the Software, etc.), the feedback shall be provided considered the property of Moffitt, and assigned to Moffitt, and may be used by Moffitt for any purpose without compensation to You.

Evaluation Feedback. You may provide to BlueStripe input regarding Your reactions, comments, and suggestions for improvement regarding the Software, including but not limited to usability, missing features, functional errors and bug reports. All such reports and other feedback You provide to BlueStripe may be used by BlueStripe for any purpose whatsoever, and BlueStripe will be the sole owner of any and all inventions or improvements developed by BlueStripe.
