Evaluation Meetings. Within three months of a new Faculty Member's appointment and annually thereafter, the appropriate academic unit head shall meet with each non- tenured Faculty Member to review the Faculty Member's prospective and actual performance, plans for continued professional growth, and RPT criteria and procedures.
