EVALUATION NOTIFICATION & PREPARATION. Employees will receive an evaluation notification within twenty (20) days: ● after the beginning of each school term ● after a new category reassignment, ● or at the time of hire. ESP employees will complete the computer-based evaluation preparation which will last no longer than one hour. The evaluation notification will advise each ESP employee as to who will evaluate his/her performance. The evaluation preparation includes evaluation procedures, standards and instruments. Any ESP employee who does not feel the computer-based training program is sufficient may seek further explanation from the building principal / immediate supervisor. ESP employees assigned to one or more District locations shall be responsible to each building principal or to each immediate supervisor.
