EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. The IRS and the DOL will review this MOU annually to evaluate the existing data exchange, examine the continuing needs for and uses of the exchanged data, and determine whether the provisions of this agreement require amendment. EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. This agreement will be evaluated annually to ensure that curricular changes, changes to NJTransfer, and other processes related to the student transfer experience remain current. The chair of WCCC’s Creative Writing program and Convener of RCNJ’s Creative Writing program will meet once a year with the advisors from each program to review the progress of the program as well as processes, procedures, and student learning outcomes and revise, if necessary. EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. The State and the Network Company, in close collaboration with the SC or (where appropriate) MSC, agree to jointly review the Agreement Framework in the second half of 2028 and to establish in dialogue whether the Agreement Framework contributes to safeguarding the public interests concerned and functions as intended at the time that the Participation Agreement was concluded. Any considerations which follow from the evaluation may be amended in accordance with Clause 8.5.

EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. The first three years of this Agreement is considered a pilot phase. Three years following its effective date, this Agreement shall be assessed by the Department of Public Health, in consultation with the Local Directors of Health, to evaluate its effectiveness in achieving the purposes of the Agreement. If necessary, revisions will be made to better meet the Agreement’s purpose, and to protect public health.
EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. Mx. Xxxxx acknowledges that he is hereby advised in writing to consult an attorney of his choice about this Agreement. Mx. Xxxxx further acknowledges that he has been given twenty-one (21) days to consider the terms of this Agreement, and to consult with counsel concerning its terms. If Mx. Xxxxx executes this Agreement prior to expiration of the twenty-one (21) day period, he acknowledges that he does so freely and voluntarily, solely because he already fully and carefully considered the Agreement before signing it. If Mx. Xxxxx does not accept this Agreement by signing and returning it to Bxxxx Xxxxx, Vice President – Human Resources (or his successor), by 5:00 p.m. on ___________, the terms contained in this Agreement will be automatically withdrawn by LX XXXXXX without further action by LX XXXXXX.
EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. Ball acknowledges that he is hereby advised in writing to consult an attorney of his choice about this Agreement. Ball further acknowledges that he has been given twenty one (21) days to consider the terms of this Agreement, and to consult with counsel concerning its terms. If Ball executes this Agreement prior to expiration of the twenty one (21) day period, he acknowledges that he does so freely and voluntarily, solely because he already fully and carefully considered the Agreement before signing it. If Ball does not accept this Agreement by signing and returning it to Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, on or before the twenty-first (21st) day after it is delivered to him by Calgon, the terms contained in this Agreement will be automatically withdrawn by Calgon without further action by Calgon.
EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. The Borrower acknowledges that: it has thoroughly read and reviewed the terms and provisions of this Third Amendment and is familiar with same; the terms and provisions contained herein are clearly understood by it and have been fully and unconditionally consented to by them; it has had full benefit and advice of counsel of its own selection in regard to understanding the terms, meaning and effect of this Third Amendment; this Third Amendment had been entered into by them freely, voluntarily, with full knowledge, and without duress; in executing this Third Amendment, it is relying on no other representations, either written or oral, express or implied, made to them by the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any other person or party; and the consideration received by the Borrower hereunder has been actual and adequate. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that all of its dealings and transfers to date with the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and as contemplated hereunder with the Administrative Agent and the Lenders have been and are made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Borrower and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders or made according to ordinary business terms.
EVALUATION OF AGREEMENT. Xx. Xxxxxxx acknowledges that he has been advised to consult an attorney of his choice about this Agreement and General Release. Xx. Xxxxxxx further acknowledges that he has been given twenty-one (21) days to consider the terms of this Agreement and General Release provided to him by Calgon on February 21, 2003, and he was advised to consult with counsel concerning its terms. Any changes to the original offer made by Calgon do not restart the running of the twenty-one (21) day period. If Xx. Xxxxxxx executes this Agreement and General Release, he acknowledges that he does so freely and voluntarily, solely because he already fully and carefully considered the Agreement and General Release before signing it.
