Common use of EVALUATION OF BIDS Clause in Contracts

EVALUATION OF BIDS. 32.1 The Procuring Agency shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITB and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria in deciding to award a Framework Agreement(s). No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. 32.2 To evaluate a Bid, the Procuring Agency shall consider the following: (a) evaluation will be done for Items or Lots, as specified in the BDS; (b) Deleted; (c) Deleted; (d) Deleted; (e) Deleted (f) the additional evaluation factors are specified in Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 32.3 Deleted 32.4 Deleted 32.5 The Procuring Agency’s evaluation of a Bid will exclude and not take into account: (a) Deleted; (b) Deleted. 32.6 The Procuring Agency’s evaluation of a Bid may require the consideration of other factors. These factors may be related to the characteristics, performance, and terms and conditions of purchase of the Goods and Related Services or geographic location. The criteria and methodologies to be used shall be as specified in ITB 32.2(f).
