Evaluation of Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Experience. 7.7.1.2.1 In evaluating the qualifications, skills, abilities, experience and/or demonstrated competence the employer shall do so in a way that is bona fide, fair, reasonable, non- arbitrary and non-discriminatory.
