Evaluation of Schools. A Principal, if requested by a majority of the Teachers in his/her building, shall conduct an evaluation of the state of the school in conjunction with a Teacher-elected team of Teachers. Such evaluation shall be limited to once each school term. The purpose of such evaluation shall be mutually agreed upon by the Principal and Teachers. The evaluation shall be conducted at a mutually agreed upon time by the Principal and Teachers when the students are not in attendance and when no institute, inservice training workshop, or faculty meeting is scheduled. The final report of the findings of the team shall be sent to the Superintendent, the Board, and the President of the Union. Service on the evaluation team shall be without pay.

Evaluation of Schools. 20 - 1 If the District convenes a committee/work group to discuss the public dashboard referenced in the SPF Resolution, Principal and Assistant Principal participation will be included. DSLA shall have the opportunity to identify fifty percent (50%) of the Principals and Assistant Principals that participate.

Failure by the Sponsor to assume and continue operation of the School shall result in the awarding of reasonable costs and attorney’s fees to the School if the School prevails on appeal.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Evaluation of Tenders 33.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification criteria. No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender. This is the Tender of the Tenderer that meets the qualification criteria and whose Tender has been determined to be:

  • Finalization of Evaluation A Written Report 1 Before the evaluation cycle is final, and not later than May 10, a copy of the formal written evaluation report shall be given to the teacher and a conference shall be held between the teacher and the evaluator.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.
