Evaluation Procedure Defined. 1. The evaluation procedure established in this article conforms to the framework for the evaluation of counselors developed pursuant to Section 3319.113 of the Ohio Revised Code. 2. Each completed evaluation will result in the assignment of a counselor effectiveness rating. Counselors will be assigned an effectiveness rating according to the State framework.
